A) A complete Home Inspection (including full reporting) starts at $ 290.00 for a house around 2,000 s.f. As a current special, this price also includes a Termite Inspection and Report, valued at $ 50.00. Pricing will vary according to basic sqaure footage- please call or email for an exact quote.
Are there any other fees?
A) Radon testing can be done for as little as $ 50.00 (self service), or $ 140.00 for certified turn-key testing and analysis. Well/Septic testing (Red Dye Test) is $ 65.00 when done at the time of the inspection. This test is often reqiured when utilizing an FHA mortgage. Well water testing (bacterial) is $ 50.00 when sampled at the time of the inspection.
What is a "re-inspection" and what does it cost?
A) To re-inspect means going back to the house to inspect and evaluate repairs which were made as a response to the initial inspection's findings and recommendations. The re-inspection report "checks off" completed repairs and evaluates the quality of work done. The re-inspection fee is $ 100.00.
